Yes! After August 5th, transfers must be completed at Race Kit Pickup on September 12th or 13th at the BlackToe Midtown store. See hours and location details HERE.
How to Transfer:
- No exchange of funds is required
- The original participant must send the new participant their bib number (bib numbers will be sent to participants the week of the race), and written permission (digital works) to pick up the bib and transfer the registration.
- The original participant does not need to be present to make this change.
- The new participant must go to Race Kit Pickup and pick up the race kit, including the original participant's shirt/shirt size.
- The new participant should then take this race kit to the Help Desk at Race Kit Pickup to transfer the registration.
- Once the new participant has completed registration (paying the registration fee and $10 transfer fee) the original participant will automatically be refunded (less processing fees) and their registration will be cancelled.
As mentioned, participants purchasing a transfer bib will receive the original registrant's shirt size. There will be an opportunity to exchange the un-worn shirt at the Help Desk on Race Day - after 10:45am. Exchanges are not guaranteed.
Before August 5th
You can transfer your registration to someone else online until August 5th at 11:59 pm. After this time, all transfers must be made in person at Race Kit Pickup.
To transfer your registration online (before August 5th),
- visit the event page
- click the 'Transfer' button on the left-hand menu
- follow the steps for a 'Participant Transfer'.
- When transferring, the new participant will be charged the original registration amount, as well as a $10 administrative fee (+ HST and processing fees).
- Once the transfer has been accepted and completed by the new participant, you will be refunded your original entry fee, less processing fees.
- No transfer of funds is required to be made outside of Race Roster.

*Only transfers executed through the official race registration platform, Race Roster, will be accepted. Canada Running Series and the Oasis ZooRun are not responsible for transfer arrangements made outside of Race Roster.
Illegitimate registrations will not be recognized by the event.
